The Role & Where You Come In
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be integral to the design and development of secure, high-performance hardware systems. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge devices. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware integration and optimal backend functionality.
• Design and implement Bluetooth protocols and security features, including encryption and spectrum analysis.
• Develop embedded systems, circuit designs, and PCB layouts.
• Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, etc.
• Create and maintain firmware for hardware systems.
• Possess familiarity with signal processing.
• Work with image analysis and sensor integration technologies.
• Collaborate with mobile app teams (iOS/Android) for hardware integration.
• Ensure smooth backend functionality and efficient data processing.
• Conduct prototyping, testing, and quality assurance for hardware systems.
• Document processes and share knowledge with cross-functional teams.
• Apply rapid prototyping and design thinking principles.
• Knowledge of CAD software, especially for 3D design, is highly desirable.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a combination of technical expertise, domain knowledge, and practical experience, along with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design, embedded systems, and firmware development.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth protocols, encryption methods, and security techniques.
• Familiarity with image processing, sensor integration, and data processing.
• Experience with mobile hardware integrations (iOS/Android).
• Solid understanding of backend system functionality.
• Expertise in prototyping, testing, and debugging hardware systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with security and quality assurance processes is a plus.
